transphobia:
(noun) - A condition in which one’s sense of self or the basis of one’s fundamental self identity relies on the concrete, physical world (traditionally one’s sex organs) to be affirmed or validated. People with this condition cannot associate themselves or others separately from a tangible form of identity. Often this mindset is projected onto others who do not need to rely on something concrete to affirm their sense of self. When this mindset is challenged, transphobes will become agitated and even violent.
Transphobic individuals often congegrate to further strengthen their sense of identity and unanimously reject any form of separation of their self identity and its tangible representation.
